Payment Policy

1. Platform Fee

Resiide Technologies operates Resiide on a per-transaction pricing model. There is no monthly subscription fee and no setup fee. Resiide charges a single platform fee on each successful rent payment collected through the platform, calculated as a percentage of that payment.

The percentage is set by the landlord's tier, which is determined automatically from the total value of rent the landlord has collected over the trailing 30 days: 1.60% up to ZMW 30,000 per month, 1.00% from ZMW 30,000 to ZMW 300,000, and 0.60% above ZMW 300,000. The rate applied to a payment is fixed at the moment that payment is initiated; a later change of tier does not re-price payments already in progress. 2. Rent Processing & Mobile-Money Fee

Two separate amounts can apply to a rent payment:

• the Resiide platform fee described in Section 1, which always applies after the free trial; and
• a mobile-money processing fee charged by our payment provider on payments made via mobile money.

For each property, the landlord chooses who bears the mobile-money processing fee. When the tenant bears it, it is added to the amount the tenant pays and shown to them as a separate "Sending Fee" — it is never folded into the rent figure. When the landlord bears it, it is deducted from the landlord's payout and itemised on the monthly statement. This choice is fixed at the moment a payment is initiated; changing the setting only affects payments started afterwards.

3. Free Trial

Every new landlord account includes a free trial that begins on the landlord's first successful rent payment. The trial ends on the earlier of 21 days after that first payment, or the point at which ZMW 15,000 in total rent has been collected through the platform. During the trial, the Resiide platform fee (Section 1) is waived; the mobile-money processing fee (Section 2) still applies. The payment that reaches the ZMW 15,000 limit is completed in full under trial terms; the platform fee applies from the next payment onward.

4. Payouts

Funds collected on behalf of landlords are subject to verification and standard holding periods before being disbursed to the designated bank account or mobile-money wallet.
